Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place on October 24, 2025, starting at 11:00 am at the same location. A reception will follow the service.
Xander is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kimberly and Christopher Galloway, as well as his father, Matt Coger. He leaves behind two brothers, Aiden and Alex, and his grandparents, who will cherish his memory.

Coleen McArtor, who was born on August 9, 1943, in Sigourney, Iowa, passed away on August 1, 2025, at the age of 81. She is survived by her husband, Larry Dean McArtor, and their two children, Joleen (Todd) Roorda and Jason (Renee) McArtor. Coleen’s family also includes four granddaughters: Tess (Cole Sander) Roorda, Ellie (Noah) Jorgenson, Livia McArtor, and Keelyn McArtor, along with four siblings and many nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Coleen will take place on August 3, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg. Her funeral service will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church on August 4, 2025, at 10:30 am, followed by burial at Sorden Cemetery in Webster, Iowa.
