One standout food truck that will be operating is Bumbling Bee Vegan Junk Food & Burger Bar. This food truck is slated to begin permanent service at the Sadler Center at William & Mary starting September 15. Bumbling Bee specializes in vegan cuisine, featuring items like burgers, southern fried “chickun” sandwiches, and milkshakes. The food truck is owned by a mother-daughter team, Cassandra and India Ayala, who bring over 13 years of food truck experience to their venture. Their most popular item is the famed “Mother Cluck,” which features a double-dipped Gardein chicken patty.
