Additionally, he is the stepfather to Cameron McConkie, Amber Mason, and Joy Mason. Bullock was also predeceased by his parents, Wayne and Alene Bullock, his brother, James Bullock, and his second wife, Cynthia Millard McConkie Bullock.
Kirby Bullock was deeply involved in his community, serving as a volunteer firefighter in Rist Canyon, Colorado, a role that highlights his commitment to helping others.
