ROME, Georgia – The sun was shining bright over the Rome Tennis Center on April 25, 2025, but the Arkansas State women’s tennis team faced a tough reality as they fell to the Old Dominion Monarchs in the Sun Belt Conference quarterfinals, ending their promising season with a 4-0 defeat.
Despite the loss, it’s important to note that Arkansas State, seeded ninth in the tournament, wrapped up their campaign with a commendable overall record of 13-11. This marks their most wins in a season since 2008, showcasing the growth and resilience of the team throughout the year.
